Milton is a Retired Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) with over 30 years of experience and 5 years of experience in the private sector security field. He brings experience and knowledge that will seek to ensure a safe and secure environment to MAD Partners Inc, for customers of all skill levels. Milton worked for the New York City Police Department (NYPD) as a Police Officer for over 30 years. He was a trained first responder and he operated in many different roles, including uniformed and undercover/plain clothes work. He was promoted to Detective and conducted Criminal Investigations for 18 years. Milton was also employed in the private security sector for 5 years, before his work in Law Enforcement. Milton has undergone extensive firearms training throughout his career, which included bi-annual state qualifications, tactical type courses, plain clothes anticrime tactics, active shooter response, and firearms safety courses. Milton is currently a Certified NRA Pistol Instructor.
